conditions report and trail status

Conditions report for Sunday, February 01, 2026
Operating Hours: 9 AM to 4 PM

As we get ready to send you all off into another sweet Sunday we would once again like to take a moment to thank everyone who has been coming up to play and help support the Hoodoo community. There is just something about the vast network of people here that is so special. Whether it’s watching your friends' kids hit milestones in their riding and in their lives, or watching your favorite family go from two generations to three, it is the heart of this place that makes it so amazing. So I leave you today with less of a thought and more of a feeling. The feeling of a great day spent surrounded by people you love, in a beautiful place, with nothing to do besides just enjoy being there together. Now that’s what I call fellowship.

Ski surfaces are power tilled where possible and will start out firm before warming up with the day. As of early this morning we are down to a 17 inch base so please, keep an extra sharp eye out for both marked and unmarked obstacles, ride with caution, and don’t forget to scout it before you send it!

Remember you can save time in line when you create a profile, sign our waiver, and purchase tickets all online before you come see us. The first time you will need to pick up an RFID ticket from one of our Ski-osks ($5 charge) but after that all you have to do is reload your ticket online and come up and ride! Replacement RFID cards are an additional $5.

It’s never too soon to see to your safety. Get educated on deep snow safety before the next storm at deepsnowsafety.org.

Are you new to skiing and snowboarding? Check out discoversnow.org to find out where to start and how to do so more safely.
