Section Site RV Rates

For RVs only, or for vehicles with trailers up to 40 feet

For RVs and trailers around 40 feet, make sure the office knows the length of your vehicle. Some spots are not suitable for longer vehicles. The best areas for longer vehicles is in the middle section of the dry RV row or in the hookup area near the top, away from the lodge. Short RVs or trailers may park their cars or trucks in front of them if they do not stick out more than 36 feet. See below under Parking Details for how to park extra vehicles.

Snowmobiles are not allowed anywhere at Hoodoo but can be parked at nearby Ray Benson Sno-Park. Due to snow blowers, it is unsafe to allow tent camping.

All overnight stays are by reservation only. No free camping sites are available. Call 541-822-3799 or email rvrow@hoodoo.com with questions.

RV Parking Details

Hoodoo has 32 RV sites near the entrance of the bowl and close to the lodge. During the winter season each site comes with electric hookup. In addition the new lodge has tiled bathrooms open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with two pay showers in both the mens and womens restrooms.

Due to the length of vehicle, day-time RVs should be parked in our free daily RV parking area. This area is located just before entering Hoodoo’s main gate entrance or in our dry camping area located between the maintenance shops and the last electrical hookup space on the ski hill side by the Ed chair. Please make sure that you don’t park in the hookup area unless you have a reservation. Please do not park in the main parking lot overnight. On midweek days, with permission from parking lot attendants, RVs can park in the main lot near the Easy Rider lift from 8 am – 4 pm.

If you are bringing your RV to the Autobahn, please park down the road from the main Autobahn parking lot near the maintenance sheds. This will DECREASE the chance that you will get parked in. However, do not park in the Autobahn parking area overnight without specific permission, which will rarely be given.

While parking during the day is free for cars and RVs alike, there is an overnight fee for both. Parking in the lot overnight with or without hookups takes a permit, available at our ticket office. Vehicles left overnight in our lot without a permit may be charged $20 or will be removed and charged the cost of removal. All vehicles other than the truck used to haul your trailer is considered another vehicle that needs a permit. This includes any vehicle that accompanies trailers or RVs. No overnight vehicles are allowed in RV Hookup Row nor, due to snow removal needs, are they allowed overnight in the main parking lot across from your trailer or RV. If you are visiting midweek during a relatively slow time for overnight parking, your vehicles should be parked with the dry camping RVs and trailers.

During the Peak holiday period, weekends and other crowded periods, park your vehicles across from the Dry Camping area. If you need assistance, talk to the parking attendants or the ticket office. Please understand that overnight parking is very difficult when we have snow removal needs. Be sure to park in the correct area when it snows. We will also try to post signs to help you.

Overnight vehicle rules are strictly enforced due to maintenance of Hoodoo’s grounds.

Over night parking of any sort is free outside our parking lots just off the road between the Hoodoo entry and the Autobahn Tubing Park entry. Since it is very difficult for trailers or RVs to get out of the parking lots from 10 am – 4 pm, those parking at Hoodoo who would like to get out midday are encouraged to park in this free area between the entry roads.

RV spots are usually available in the evening, but require a reservation. Reservations may be made by calling (541) 822-3799. A 50% deposit is requested, but is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the reservation date. On busy weekends, there may be a waitlist for reservations.
