Ready to ski and ride at Hoodoo? Mark Friday, Dec. 27, on your calendar for the *tentative* start to the 2019-20 season.
We were hoping to open long ago, of course, but as the snow fell, it was followed by rain. Twice, we sat on the eve of announcing opening just to have the rain literally wash our hopes away.
Currently we have about 15 inches of snow in some spots, less in others. We’ll monitor the weather and make adjustments as needed. The slopes will be ungroomed with thin snow and many unmarked obstacles like brush, rocks, baby trees, grass etc. Don’t bring your best gear, but get ready to have some fun!
